Listing a Pal

The requirements for listing, how a price is set, and how a listing ends.

A listing is an open offer to sell one Pal at a stated price in Treats. Any holder can see it and any holder with a sufficient balance can take it.

Requirements

A Pal can be listed when all three of these hold.

  • It has been in your collection for seven days or more. See The seven-day maturity window.
  • It is not currently reserved by a direct trade.
  • It carries no attached accessory.

Accessories are returned to your inventory automatically when you open the listing form. They are not sold with the Pal.

Setting a price

You enter the price in whole Treats. The minimum is 1 and there is no maximum.

The listing form shows the median sale price for the Pal's tier over the trailing 30 days. It is displayed for reference only; the programme does not suggest, adjust, or reject a price. See Price discovery.

Duration

A listing runs for 14 days. If it has not sold by then it expires and the Pal returns to an unmarked state in your collection.

You can cancel a listing at any point before it sells. Cancelling is immediate and free, and the Pal can be listed again straight away at any price.

When it sells

The buyer's Treats transfer to your balance, less the listing fee of 5 per cent rounded down. The Pal moves to the buyer's collection and the buyer is appended to its provenance.

A sale cannot be reversed. There is no cooling-off period on either side, and support cannot unwind a completed sale.

Limits

You can hold up to 20 active listings at once. Expired and cancelled listings do not count towards that figure.
